The design process used for the Megelli range of motorcycles was unusual in that there was no physical clay model.  Close liaison with the client, together with experience, careful virtual packaging and benchmarking enabled a "straight to CAD" approach.

 

The team at Redline Studios have extensive expertise in most aspects of motorcycle design, including concept sketch generation, CAD using Alias and Creo (Pro/Engineer) for both 'A' and 'B' surface modelling, clay modelling and show modelling.

 

Chassis and powertrain development are undertaken in collaboration with a proven specialist in this field.
